How to Use the Course

1. Register / pay for course
1. Via Website Home page, select the course you'd like
2. Register & Pay for Online Course
3. Go to Welcome email & click, "Let's get started"
2. Create log in: username & password
3. Return to course

How to Use the Course Workbook

For those of us who are visual & reading/writing learners, we love our printed workbooks! But, for those who prefer to keep documents electronically, this section is for you.

Note: The workbook comes in two parts: Introductory & 4 Week

Download Workbook

1. From within the course, find the lessons containing the workbooks:
1. Workbook for Introduction Week - lesson in Intro Week
2. Workbook for 4 Week Course - lesson in Week 1
2. Open lesson > click "download"
3. Download to your computer > save in location for easy access for you

Use Workbook

1. Open your workbook
2. Follow along, or use as a support for information
3. Track your progress
1. Tick the checkboxes for your daily and weekly practices
2. You may take notes in your weekly reflection area
4. Your ticks and notes will remain in tact, so long as you continue to refer to your saved workbooks
