Fun and educational for all ages and abilities!

This class was informative, interactive, and fun! Instructors were knowledgeable but kept things light and fun throughout. I liked that it was somewhat of an open forum, where we were able to ask about different scenarios and what to do in each of them. We were able to put what we learned into practice with partner drills. Practicing these drills really helped me develop the confidence to feel prepared to defend myself in any situation. Loved it!
